With so many needs it is hard to figure out which way the Bills will go in the draft. Offensive Linemen as in plural—Check! Linebackers---Check!! QB---Check! Defensive Linemen—Check! Tight End---Check! Wide Receiver—Check!
The Bills need all of the above but what direction will they take? We only have 44 days 6 hours and 36 minutes to wait for their decision.
So far during Free Agency they ...

After overspending with the re-signing of kicker Sebastian Janikowski, it seems Al Davis has decided to cut loose some other players before adding to the Oakland Raider’s 2010 roster.
Justin Fargas was the first to feel the ax fall, after failing a physical due to knee injuries. Fargas has been a solid contributor to Oakland’s run game over the last several seasons, however his inability to ...

After nine colorful seasons with the San Diego Chargers, running back LaDainian Tominson was let go by the team.

Yes, it has been a tortuous 10 year span of futility with very few moments’ joy and much much more moments of anguish.
So let’s ask ourselves why do we keep coming back for more heartache? Why Why Why, it is hard to explain to a non Bills fan why we subject ourselves to such awful results year after year. Do we not know any better? Are we just complacent and hate change? Are we masochist and ...

As the draft creeps closer and closer I’m beginning to feel this is the most anticipated draft since the Bills took O.J. Simpson with the no# 1 overall in 1969. As a teenager back then I was wowed by watching O.J. run through college defenses and felt for sure he was the answer to all the Bills woes. Looking back the drafts of 68, 69 and 70 which turned out to be futile, basically yielding O.J. ...

While Oakland has been dabbling in the zone blocking scheme for the last few years, but never really perfecting it, Denver has been there done that and is now moving on to a more traditional power blocking scheme similar to what Oakland ran years ago.
The first casualty of the Bronco makeover is center Casey Wiegmann

If Bob McGinn hadn’t titled his new book The Ultimate Super Bowl Book, everyone would have called it that anyway.
This fantastic new book is not only a great resource full of facts and stats, it’s also very well written. It isn’t just a bunch of dates and results: it goes beyond those basics we all know and delves deep into each game and how and why it was actually won on the field.
There ...

With the grumblings emanating from the Buffalo Bills fan base about the choice of Buddy Nix as GM, it might be nice to at least delve into Buddy’s past history and the level of success he’s had at spotting talent. anello1960 has requested that he be compared to one of the consensus top 2 or 3 GM’s in all the land… our former top man, Bill Polian and that ProBowls (PB) be used as a comparison. ...

Earlier this week I was sadden in hearing that the San Diegl Chargers let go one of the best running backs in the NFL by the name of LaDamian Tomilison. Last night on Sporting News radio I heard that he could be offer a contract by the Detroit Lions. It may not be a sexy team for LT, but If the price and figures are right, we could see the Lions with one of the best running backs in NFL ...
