Three straight losses at the most inopportune time have left the Buccaneers'

When it comes to the Raiders, the postseason is essentially the green flag for another coaching search.

Reports are circulating about coaches owner Al Davis is reportedly interested in hiring.

--LB Thomas Howard wasn't sure what the future holds for defensive coordinator Rob Ryan, but he figured the last two games can't hurt him, wherever he winds up.
Ryan's five-year contract is up, and although the Raiders were ranked 31st in the league, allowing 159.7 yards per game on the ground, they played well the final two games in wins over Houston and Tampa Bay.
"Rob was jut glad the way we finished, not only representing ourselves, but him as well. He was proud of us," Howard said.

Defensively, the Raiders gave up too much ground up the middle against the run. Tommy Kelly's contract, which called for $18,125,000 in guaranteed money, makes him virtually untouchable, but Gerard Warren and Terdell Sands will be looked at closely.
